Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice is seeking a Triage LPN in Springdale, Arkansas. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, triaging patient calls and assisting with various patient care needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a current AR/OK LPN license and have strong assessment and communication skills. Experience in hospice or acute care settings is preferred. Work hours are from 4 pm to midnight on-site.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate compassion and exceptional customer service over the phone and with visitors.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Prefer hospice experience, home health, or acute care nursing experience.
