Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Personal Care Unit to deliver quality nursing care to residents in our post-acute setting. You will work under supervision, provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, and document appropriately.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, completion of accredited LPN program, and CPR certification. Experience in geriatrics preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care on the personal care unit.
• Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.

• Assist in patient evacuation as needed.
