Job summary
Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will deliver quality nursing care to patients, monitor changes in condition, and supervise CNAs as part of a multidisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting.
The ideal candidate has completed an accredited LPN program, holds an active LPN/LVN license, and maintains CPR certification. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred, with a commitment to compassionate patient care
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable State.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Provide interpersonal care and ensure patient well-being in accordance with Life Care standards.
