Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality nursing care. The LPN will monitor patients, report changes in condition, and supervise CNAs as part of daily care activities while adhering to laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN/LVN license, and CPR certification. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active LPN/LVN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and monitor patient conditions.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the care team.
