First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. Per diem positions offer competitive pay and flexibility to fit your schedule.

We provide $37-$39 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay, rapid pay options, and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM-11:30 PM. Active LPN license and BLS/CPR are required, with at least 1 year of facility experience.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
