The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all 3 shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). The facility serves geriatric and pediatric populations and emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit.
Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability.
Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine.
Must adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day.
Administer medications and treatments in compliance with policies.
Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPAA policies.
