The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all 3 shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). The facility serves geriatric and pediatric populations and emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit.
• Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability.
• Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine.
• Must adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPAA policies.

WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FULL-TIME LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES FOR ALL 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a SHIFTS!

The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatrics and pediatrics populations. We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses for both units for all 3 shifts.

At the Phoenix Center we maintain the highest standard of care and service for residents, families, and our valued employees. We are teamwork oriented and offer a professional working environment. Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals, you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for our resident children and adults while assisting them with their daily living.
