Job summary
Join Desert Peak Care Center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Qualifications
- State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ vital signs.
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort for each patient.
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks.
- Update patient records confidentially.
- Evaluate patients’ wellbeing and report needs.
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
- Change dressings and bandages.
