Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized, pediatric home health care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process in a home setting, handling acuity such as G-tube, Trach, and Vent support.

Responsibilities include focused interviews, monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting diagnoses. Prior experience as RN or LPN is preferred, along with BLS and health certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the practicing state.
• Current health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience.
