Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using established standards.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, have a current TB test, BLS certification, and preferably one year of professional nursing experience. Health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and other lifestyle perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state is required.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current to check health status.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients at home using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed treatments and monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze health data, and document diagnoses and care plans.
