Job summary

Health Marketing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients with GTube, Trach, or Vent dependencies. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services per orders and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, interpreting data for nursing diagnoses, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
