Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Pottstown, PA and nearby areas.

Pay Range: $28-$33/hr

Our nurses deliver direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Job Duties

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends available). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following physician's care plans.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team.
• Educate families on clinical care to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
