Job description

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $28-$33/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active care plan prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
  2. Conducting ongoing patient assessments and care.
  3. Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
  4. Coordinating care among healthcare providers and family members.
  5. Educating families on clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
  6. Implementing preventative measures to maintain high-quality care.
