Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mental Health Resource Center will support the RN in assessing the needs of patients and planning care in the Children and Adolescent Unit at MHRC North during weekend night shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00pm–7:30am).

Under supervision of the PA, NP, and Psychiatrist, you will administer medications, coordinate medical and psychiatric care, and ensure accurate, confidential documentation while collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians in

Qualifications

• Valid State of Florida LPN license required.
• Six months LPN nursing experience or two years CNA experience required.
• Strong communication and good judgment essential.
• Documentation and confidentiality of records must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in assessing patient needs and planning care.
• Administer medications under supervision and coordinate with PA/ARNP/Physician.
• Support medical and psychiatric care coordination for patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and documentation.
