Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and promote safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to address patient needs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students, supporting professional growth.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and evidence-based practice implementation.
