LPN – Patient Support Nurse

Are you a dedicated LPN with a heart for supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential hands-on care in a group home setting, with a competitive pay rate of $40 - $48/hr.

What You’ll Do:

• Care for Residents: Provide care for 4-8 individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live a fulfilling and independent life
• Monitor Health: Conduct assessments, track vital signs, and ensure the proper administration of medications and treatments
• Record Keeping: Keep clear, accurate, and timely medical records to ensure top-notch care
• Community Engagement: Assist with transportation to medical appointments, community activities, and events, fostering connection and involvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year as an LPN in a healthcare or group home environment

Skills:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Expertise in medication administration and maintaining detailed patient documentation
• Experience working in a group home or similar care environment
