Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily patient schedules and prioritize tasks
• Request additional services (aide, therapy, social work, interpreter) as needed
• Ensure referrals are assigned timely
• Validate supplemental orders per policy
• Update EMR per agency standards
• Provide field staff assistance and follow-up
• Assist in orientation of new staff and participate in QA activities
• Answer phones and perform general office duties
