Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve desired outcomes.
