Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio license as LPN.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required.
• High School or GED (required).
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments and document findings.
• Develop and coordinate care plans and nursing interventions.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel and supervise as allowed by state law.
• Participate in process improvement and maintain safe, efficient care environments.
