Buckeye Medical Group in Bellevue, OH seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care under physician supervision, support health promotion, and assist with clinic operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, phlebotomy, EKG, scheduling tests, and acting as medical scribe. Ohio licensure and CPR required; prior clinical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current Ohio licensure.
• Must be able to perform as a medical scribe.
• Prior experience in a medical office/urgent care setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing process and clinical reasoning.
• Strong critical thinking, initiative, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under physician supervision and assist with patient care.
• Monitor patient flow, obtain and document vitals, and record medications.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG and stress testing as needed.
• Schedule procedures and tests; assist with clinic operations and documentation.
• Serve as a medical scribe to support physicians and accuracy of records.
