Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Dedham, MA, is hiring part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 4pm-8pm and 8am-4pm shifts with rotating weekends. The role includes supervising resident care staff and administering medications, with a wage band of $40-$42 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting.
• Current RN or LPN License in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and values with residents, families and staff.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging potential residents and families.
• Evaluate resident needs and assist with service plans per regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of resident care associates.
• Administer topical and oral medications per physicians orders.
• Support Resident Care Director with documentation and on-call duties.
• Ensure staffing coverage and complete incident/accident reports.
