Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Residence at Pearl Street in Massachusetts. The role involves supervising resident care staff, supporting care plans, and administering medications per physician orders.

Per diem availability and a wage band of $40.00–$43.00 per hour are offered based on experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, completion of a nursing program, and an active MA LPN license, with at least two years in geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and values of LCB Senior Living to residents and families.
• Supervise daily assignments of resident care associates.
• Monitor resident health needs and coordinate with the Resident Care Director and MD as appropriate.
• Assist with care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications per physician orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure staffing coverage and incident reporting; participate in safety and compliance processes.
