Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham, MA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. This full-time role is on first shift, 7am-3pm, with every other weekend required, and offers $34.75-$38.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program per state requirements.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report significant changes to the care team and director.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs and guide team in all aspects of care.
• Coordinate care needs with providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and follow state regulations.
