Maristone of Franklin is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our care team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with doctors and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in [State]
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
