Maristone of Franklin in Franklin, TN is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our patient-centered care team on the night shift. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support admissions and transfers in a welcoming, home-like environment.

Requirements include an active TN LPN/LVN license, BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and patient management skills.

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per facility policies.
• Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/ LVN) to join our healthcare team. As a LPN/LVN you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by delivering excellent clinical care, managing patient interactions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Essential Duties
