Job summary

American Senior Communities in Franklin, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift to provide compassionate care and support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. You will apply nursing skills to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

You will document changes in resident condition, collaborate with the care team, and uphold the CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
