Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and sustain standing for long periods.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records per facility policy.
• Coordinate with doctors and CNAs to deliver comprehensive care.
