About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in this part-time day shift position will provide essential nursing care within a hospital-based Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The primary goal is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients recovering from acute illness or surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay. This role involves collaborating closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress. The LPN will also play a critical role in patient education, assisting with medication administration, and documenting clinical information accurately. Ultimately, this position supports the facility’s mission to promote patient recovery and improve health outcomes in a supportive and professional environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
