The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in this part-time day shift position will provide essential nursing care within a hospital-based Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role involves collaborating closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress. The LPN will also play a critical role in patient education, assisting with medication administration, and documenting clinical information accurately. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
