Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, accurate documentation, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
