CHC Addiction Services in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient MAT team. You will administer medications, provide direct nursing care, and help patients on their recovery journey.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with afternoons free, opportunities for meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive team committed to recovery.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone and buprenorphine
• Provide direct nursing care
• Perform EKGs and blood draws
• Collect urine drug screens
• Room patients and assist providers
• Complete electronic charting
• Follow up with patients as needed
• Assist with administrative duties
