New Season is seeking an LPN to join our clinic team in Ohio. You will work under supervision of the Medical Director and RN, providing direct patient care and ensuring accurate medication management.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient interactions during challenging times, with responsibilities including medication administration, inventory, documentation, and coordination with other centers as needed. A valid Ohio LPN license and computer literacy are required.

Formación

• Active LPN license in the state of Ohio (or multi-state).
• Minimum 1 year direct patient contact; clinical experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Basic math skills and accurate record-keeping required.

Responsabilidades

• Supply and administer medication per physician order and record dosage in the medical record.
• Conduct daily inventory counts of medication supply.
• Maintain accurate daily accounting of medications in inventory.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation if needed.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and monitor patient safety during dosing.
• Interface with patients and greet visitors, answering phones and guiding them as needed.
