• Provides direct patient care within scope of practice for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Conducts focused assessments and reinforces patient education.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Supports preventive care and chronic disease management initiatives.
• Assists with in-clinic procedures.
• Manages nurse visit calendar and clinic workflows for timely care.
