Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting in Florida. You will administer medications, participate in care planning, and maintain precise documentation to support patient-centered care.

The role requires Florida LPN licensure and 0–3 years of experience, preferably in mental health. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced team and complete TEAM training as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Florida license.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and standards.
• Document medication profiles and related forms in the medical record.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Complete TEAM physical restraint and verbal de-escalation training as required.
• Maintain accurate nursing assessments, psychopharmacology notes, and overall patient care.
