Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide basic medical services in an outpatient addiction recovery environment. You will maintain professional nursing standards, ensure safe medication delivery, and document patient records per state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes patient education, medication administration (e.g., Methadone, Suboxone), and collaboration with physicians and the care team to support treatment plans and ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed in the state of employment.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge and experience with regulations including infection control, QA, and patient care compliance for state licensure.
• CPR and BLS must be up to date.
• Experience triaging in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients regarding medications used in the treatment setting and their side effects.
• Administer/dispense medications in accordance with State and Federal regulations and DEA guidelines.
• Conduct urine drug screens as needed.
• Evaluate patients at intake, quarterly, annual, AWOL, and for possible impairment.
• Record nursing progress notes and maintain medical records.
• Participate in case conferences and professional observations.
• Order medical supplies and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate appointments and remind patients to ensure attendance.
• Provide referrals for specialized care as needed.
