Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide base medical services in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. You will maintain standards of nursing practice, document patient records, and ensure safe medication delivery per state and federal policies.
Responsibilities include patient education on medications, dosing, side effects, and coordinating with physicians to follow treatment plans. The team values growth, certifications, and comprehensive benefits.
Formación
- Must hold an LPN license in the state of employment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient care compliance.
- CPR/BLS certification up to date.
- Experience triaging medical emergencies.
Responsabilidades
- Educate patients about medications and side effects.
- Administer/dispense medications per regulations.
- Conduct urine drug screens if needed.
- Record nursing progress notes and maintain medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and team on treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
