Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an LPN to provide basic medical services in an outpatient addiction recovery environment, while maintaining nursing standards and ensuring safe delivery of medications. You will document patient records thoroughly in accordance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires an active OH LPN license and SUD/MAT experience. Responsibilities include educating patients on medications, administering/dispensing meds, performing urine drug screens,

Qualifications

LPN licensure in the state of employment is required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing school is required.
Knowledge of infection control, quality assurance, and patient care compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

Educate patients regarding medications used in the treatment setting and their side effects.
Administer/dispense medications in accordance with State/Federal regulations and DEA guidelines.
Conduct urine drug screens when needed.
Evaluate patient responses and adjust treatment as necessary; document nursing progress notes and maintain records.
Participate in case conferences and coordinate referrals for specialized care.
