Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in our long-term care setting. Work under supervision of a RN or physician, perform treatments and administer medications as ordered, while ensuring resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• IV therapy/management skills required in North Dakota if applicable, per board requirements.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board and multi-state privileges where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.
