Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision. You will follow care plans, assess residents, administer medications, and support the health and safety of residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license required; multi-state licensure may be considered.
• If IV therapy is required, ND-approved AASPN program or ND IV Therapy course must be completed.
• Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or at least 400 hours as LPN.
• Maintain required CEUs and department competencies.

Responsibilities
