Job summary

Lake Barkley Health & Rehabilitation in Kuttawa, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing staff on your assigned unit and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

You will coordinate care plans, mentor staff, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, compassionate, and efficient care delivery for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
