You will coordinate care plans, mentor staff, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, compassionate, and efficient care delivery for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff on your assigned unit.
