Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Registered Nurses to support patients in their homes in the Lansing, MI area. You will provide personalized care, build strong relationships with patients, and help transition clients from hospital settings to home care.

Flexible scheduling supports per diem, part-time, and full-time roles. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, independent work, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards in diverse settings including private duty, skilled and hospice

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License
• Proven Nursing Experience
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage records and complete necessary paperwork for patients
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care plans
• Assist in transitioning patients from facility to home environments
• Follow safety and infection control standards
• Provide courteous, patient-focused care aligned with AdvisaCare standards

Responsibilities

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
• Ability to work independently
• Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCares standards of practice

Requirements

• Current MI Nursing License
• Proven Nursing Experience
