Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
• Ability to work independently

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
• Ability to work independently
• Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCare's standards of practice
