AdvisaCare in Benton Harbor, MI is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our home health team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in clients' homes, building meaningful relationships and ensuring safety while traveling within the service area. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy with clinical backing, and opportunities to grow your nursing practice in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License or ability to obtain license in MI.
• Proven nursing experience in home health or related setting.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within the service area and work independently with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings.
• Assess and monitor patient health and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, document care plans.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership and travel to service areas as required.
