Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for home care nursing. We offer one-on-one patient care in a home setting with flexible schedules including visits and shifts, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient connections.

Qualifications include a current MI Nursing License, proven nursing experience, CPR certification, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the service area and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License.
• Proven nursing experience in home care.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within the service area and work in a team or independently.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care nursing focused on the patient.
• Travel to patient homes within the service area for visits.
• Collaborate with patients and families to meet care goals.
