Job summary

Elwood Health and Living in Elwood, IN is seeking licensed LPNs or RNs to join a skilled nursing and assisted living team. Earn $33–$40/hr with full benefits, daily pay, and a supportive leadership team that values your input.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Indiana LPN or RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Give medications and treatments, including wound, catheter and ostomy care.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Lead and delegate to CNAs on your shift.
• Partner with residents, families and the care team, and document care in the EHR.
