Job summary

Essentia Health Park Rapids is hiring a dedicated LPN or CMA for our Highway 34 Walk-In Clinic. You will room patients, support RNs and physicians, and help ensure seamless, coordinated ambulatory care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires Minnesota licensure or CMA certification with certification within one year, plus BCLS within 3 months. Shifts include Mon–Fri 8:00 am–6:30 pm, with every 3rd weekend and a holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN license for Minnesota or CMA certification.
• Certification/registration within one year of hire for CMA option.
• BCLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/MD supervision in ambulatory setting.
• Room patients and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate care.
• Care for patients from newborn to elderly as assigned.

In this role, you will help provide high-quality, personalized care in a positive, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include rooming patients, partnering with internal and external teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care, and various other duties as assigned. The walk-in schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.
