Job Summary

The LPN must be clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible parties, and all health team members.

Compensation

• LPN: PLUS $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials
• -OR-
• Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
• • Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
• • Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
• • PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Qualifications

• Required: Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements
• Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
• Clinical experience
