Perham Health in Perham, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Perham Family Medicine Clinic. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with Saturdays 9:00am–12:00pm, offering a four-day work week and a quarterly Saturday morning shift to support the walk-in clinic.

Wages vary: LPN $21.00–$29.50 and CMA $17.00–$25.50 per hour, with a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• LPN is graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) must be graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients.
• Documents a thorough medical history from patient.
• Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counseling patients and family on prevention and treatment plans.
