Horizon Health in Petersburg, VA is seeking an LPN for our opioid clinic to join a collaborative care team on a per diem basis. The LPN will delegate, coordinate and evaluate patient care following the nursing process and OTP standards.
The role requires an active VALPN license, 2 years in addiction care preferred, and availability for Saturday shifts 5a–9a. This position offers exposure to a nationwide organization with strong support and resources.
