Job summary

Sullivan Park Care Center in Spokane Valley, WA seeks an LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and oversee CNAs. You will ensure care meets current standards, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians and administration.

You will maintain documentation, participate in QA activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to resident quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license to practice in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Review and revise department policies, manuals, and job descriptions as needed.
• Meet with nursing staff to plan shifts, services, and activities.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
